Sales coordinator
Job Description
Experience: 3–5 years
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage advanced Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations for management review.

Coordinate effectively with the sales team and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow and reporting accuracy.

Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS (Management Information System) reports to support business decisions.

Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboard creation) and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-
Prior hands-on experience in MIS preparation is mandatory.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
