Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Coordinator with 1 to 3 years of experience to support the Operations team of our NBFC client with accurate reporting, data management, and professional presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and will be responsible for preparing regular MIS reports, operational dashboards, and high-quality presentations for senior management reviews.
Key Responsibilities:

MIS Reporting & Dashboard Creation:
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational data from various sources
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Build and update Excel dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), SLAs, and process metrics
- Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports
- PowerPoint Presentations:
- Design and prepare professional presentations for business reviews, management meetings, and operational updates
- Translate complex data into charts, graphs, and visual summaries
- Work closely with the reporting manager to structure and finalize decks for senior stakeholders
- Data Management & Analysis:
- Maintain up-to-date data records and documentation
- Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, gaps, or areas of improvement
- Support process audits and quality checks with accurate and well-structured data
- Coordination & Support:
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary data and insights
- Assist in process documentation and updating SOPs
- Provide general administrative and reporting support to the Operations team
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Science, or IT background preferred)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in MIS/reporting roles within operations, admin, or back-office domains
- Strong MS Excel skills – including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and basic formulas
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint – able to create clean, professional, and data-driven presentations
- Good understanding of general operational workflows and data handling
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
