About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Data & Insights Analyst to join our Product Growth team. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to generate actionable insights that drive business growth.

You will work closely with the Product Growth Manager to uncover trends, design dashboards, and present sharp, strategic insights that influence product and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for product growth.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into meaningful business recommendations.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to measure product performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Drive automation of data processes to improve efficiency.
• Present insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, insights generation, or a related field.
• Strong hold on numbers, Excel, SQL, Python, and data automation.
• Experience with Google Analytics, CleverTap, Singular, and similar analytics platforms (experience with AppsFlyer is a plus).
• Ability to create interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver sharp, actionable insights.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies if not already familiar.
